Anybody got a nice aftermarket muffler/exhaust that they might consider selling?

So my vfr goes again. After 5 months of inattention and push biking to work.

On the near horizon is a set of glass fairings, powder coated wheels, new battery and some aftermarket led indicators. That's just to make it LOOK more legit. Then I can fix up a few more bits that are not quite optimal anymore..

My little Infidel is coming along nicely now.

Got most of the alloy cleaned and polished up to its former glory, and the dog even likes it now (He's fussy!)

...I don't suppose anyone has a nice full stainless exhaust system just "lying round" they want to get rid of

Seriously gotta replace the headers and collector...rust is starting to win the fight down there

    Anyone tried a Delkevic system?

    looking at these presently:

Was thinking of getting a mate to pick them up when he goes over to the states at Xmas...worth it?...over kill?...or any other brands etc I should look at (or just go standard mild "I rust easy" steel)

    Sadly yeah...past that point mate
At the very least I could just replace the collector (Its held together with rust lol)...but the whole system is pritty rough to be honest.(Hay, its 16yrs old and mild steel...its done well to last that long)
So Im thinking a nice full stainless system may have to be the go (cost is damn scary tho)...or just go cheap and get a second hand orginal system.

I think you need to ring Racefit, and get a full titanium system.

Or get Bull Dock in Japan to build you one: check out the pipes on this bad boy:

but back in the real world, all of those solutions would be way more than you have in that bike!

I'm going to Nelson to buy one on Monday, glad to hear it's a good bike. I'm just glad to be getting a bike with a large tank, decent mileage, a centre stand and the battery under the seat!
