The entrepreneur behind the International Antarctic Centre has branched out into the motorcycle rentals business.

Richard Denton – who led a management buy-out at the Christchurch visitor attraction in 2000 – and associate Mike Hyde have set their sights on a new tourism market.

They have bought 15 bikes ready for hire in the summer season.
