    Off road parking?

    Hey guys,

Just wondering where we can park off road? I see some bikes up by architecture by the buildings, also down that path by music there're a few.

Are we all sweet to park in these places? Anyone know any more?

    Thanks, Rob.

I've had constant battles with Campus Security over the years from parking my bike behind and under Uni buildings. They seem to be all bark and no bite i.e. I've had notices stuck to my bike about 5 times threatening to tow my bike away or clamp it but so far they never have.

However when I get one of these notes I usually lay low for a week or so or find a new place...

if you can keep a secret i will tell you of a wonderful place to park your bike and never have to worry about it being stolen, scratched, messed with or you being warned not to park there!!

Going down symonds st (from k rd toward anzac ave), take a left onto the footpath between the gym and the Kate Edgar building. There on the right, by the stairs that lead up to the quad etc, there is a path/tunnel that lead to the lockers. Follow this path and you shall find a bike haven.

But its a secret so sshhhhhhhhhh

There are three rules of fightclub........

(Alternatively you can enter through the staff carpark entrance off princes st. There is only one rule (apart from the standard fightclub rules), never, EVER, take another biker's park, we all have our standing posts )

Or apparently if you leave it parked long enough (unprotected) in one of the normal parking spots, a "special Valet' service will happily escort your bike to an offsite parking location (Even more secret than Bommas that we dont know where it is yet)...

Yeah I wanna park it in places mainly for rainy days, or when Symonds is packed. Cheers for the tips!
