    Honestly....

Save your $$$$ and get an affordable water cooled bike, B1 replica or similar for around $450. Will totaly blow an air cooled bike to the weeds and the older type engines ( B1, B2 39cc water cooled) very reliable.

I spent alot of time and money on my air cooled bikes in the past, its a great learning curve but after I got into water cooled I never looked back.

Timing keys give small increase in power, do that, carb, air filter, gearing, race clutch springs, pipe, reeds........ or just buy a B1 replica and be faster straight out of the box.

Yeah well I'm finishing off assembly of bike today, fitted performance head+ported piston (up from 40cc to 50cc)and expansion pipe and it starts!

It's ment to give an increase of 30%ish so we'l see how it goes. (once Ive fitted rebuilt brakes and weather clears up)

I'l have to have a ride of your b1 Aero at the next race meet to compare!

I'm not to sure if i'll be at the next race me now. I just got back from the Rotorua hospital. I have a bad infection in my left knee. They might need to operate. We'll see how it goes.
