I've been watching 'Long Way Round' over here in the UK. So far it has been enjoyable - the first episode was all about getting the project together (which fascinated me - SO naive!)

But it really picks up once they're on their way. I'm looking forward to next week, as I think it is when they reach Siberia and go into some really unknown territory...

I don't want to say much about it, as it'd spoil it for the rest of you, but it is well worth watching.

I've not read it, but I understand the (inevitable) book is a real let-down though. All a bit rushed to co-incide with the series (and Christmas?), the review I read makes it sound like it is lots of saying "I did", "I went there" etc.
