Nah went over the bars Monday, landed on my shoulder and tweaked some rib cartiledge, nothing to serious and aggravated it on Wednesdays ride slightly but then really had it flare up yesterday while trying to stretch my back. It might be ok, but I'm taking it easy today and will see how it is tomorrow.
