radiator flush and powervalve clean? tips?

    hello all
well today i thought i might drain and flush my rg150's radiator and put some anti-freeze in.i think its just got water in it. Ive never flushed a radiator before but i sorta kno what to do so any help or tips would be wicked.

Power valves- ive Heard these get all gunked up. any cleaning tips?

Head clean-i read somewhere that all you have to do is take it off and clean out the carbon with a pot scrubber. its sounds easy enough- i might give that a try2. any tips would be appreciated

    cheers

You need a manual to describe it best, plenty here: www.rgv250.co.uk and look under
technical. several manuals about to be downloaded too.
If you get stuck post back
