50cc Racers - from the Big Four and Europe?

    He minimoto racer dudes!

I'm after some info on the likes of YSR, NSR, RG, RS etc 50's 80's and 125's.

More so for use as a possible commuter than as a racer, but the more info the better!

What can you tell me or point me towards?

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

    Hi R6_Kid,

You're talking about full size bikes albeit with small motors, NSR, RG etc...

Minimotos/Pocket Bikes have 39 & 49cc 2-stroke motors in a small frame(knee height and under) and are not suited for riding on the road, unless you want to be road kill

Might need to post your question in another forum

Something like these http://www.dreamgate.ne.jp/mini/ The ones I've seen that pop up occasionally on Trademe are way over priced, it would be cheaper to import one.

I Mate we catchup with at the cold kiwi rally
Has a RG50 he also had a RG500 and they look really funny side by side

Jason has sold his RG500 and now brought a Bimota

He said the RG50 was fun to ride .

The Honda NSR50 was never brought into NZ by Blue Wing Honda
so all ones you see will be imports.
I dont know much about them but the NSR & RG50 could be road legal

    Cheers
    Grant
