    Powdercoating in Aucks?

Can anyone recommend a good powdercoater in Auckland?
The frame under the seat of my vtr is rusting and wouldnt mind getting it stripped/rustproofed and then powercoated gloss black not much of a job and theres not much to the seat frame apart from unplugging the taillight and battery holder bits.
or maybe a standard paintjob would be fine, someone in newmarket area would be great

Good idea, why didnt I think of that... oh I did
They dont sound like a place I could dump the bike and say here ya go, paint that bit and ill ride it away in a couple of days, thought maybe someone had a good recommendation being bike people on here and someone may have had it done before.
Or maybe ill just strip it myself, spray some black zinc and gloss it over with some black spray of some sort, just a bit hard to find a place todo that when you live in an apartment and park in a carpark (someone might think i'm tagging the place

Just had my wheels done at Arkro Powdercoating. They did a brilliant job - Stripped, sandblasted, plated, powder coated and laquered. $50 per wheel plus GST. Top job...

If you want something a little different- try Procoat in East Tamaki. They do a huge range of coatings including internal engine (valve, piston top etc) and some high temp header coatings. One of my bikes (current profile pic) is almost totally coated by them except the bodywork and it lasts well.

So you guys do regular powdercoating at regular powdercoating prices too? (i.e. not just the high end protective coatings?)

Do you offer a complete service? (take existing used, but cleaned, part, blast, primer and powdercoat)

Yeah take used part put it in an oven to burn out to get any grease and crap off it then we grit blast it back to bare metal and then powder coat it..

As far as I know its just regular powder coating. Im not sure of the pricing tho I only work in the factory.. The price should be on the website.. or just ring up..
