G'day there,
Good to see a local forum for bikers.
Question, does anyone know of any other rear wheel hugger manufacturers besides 'Just Fairings'?
Cheers
Sorry guy's,

Pyramid Huggers
SUZUKI HUGGERS
Carbon Huggers
Harris Performance Products
SUZUKI HUGGERS
to name a few from a Google search
There's a great mail order outfit in Wales called Busters (URL below). They do plastic mock carbon huggers and fender extenders which are cheaper than I've found in NZ so far, even including airfreight. They're totally reputable and great to deal with. Recommend sending them an email for the attention of Alun, the owner. They also do a nice catalogue.

Geoff

Noticed they have real cheap MEZ1 sets for 130 pounds!.
Try Carbotex Composites at www.carbotex.com .They stock N.W.S. Huggers in coloured plastic for $145 US, or in carbon fiber for a bit more.Got one for the VTR, looks cool, and easy to fit. They also sell all sorts of other good stuff you would never get here in good old NZ.Delivery is about 3 weeks.
Ride safe,
Stormer

Fits on your swingarm to keep stones, mud, water and road spooge from spraying off the tyre onto "other places", like onto the shock absorber, the swingarm (and then splashing onto your boots), and (in your case) the rear exhaust header. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. It also usually means that you can cut your rear mudguard shorter without fear of water/road spooge/tar spraying up your back.
I couldn't afford or justify one, so I just bought some sheet rubber from Para Rubber and fitted it to the undertray so it dangles down behind my pretty (and expensive) Elka shock, affording it some measure of protection.
... and that's what I think.
Or summat.
Or maybe not...
Dunno really....![]()
or you just HTFU and ride....
