Superbike school is gonna be about $430 with your own bike. A regular trackday is $199. It'd be well worth the extra the first time to lock in good habits from the start.

$350 to hire a bike for the day with a $4.5k excess. Can have a $1k excess for $725.

Personally I think unless you're planning on pushing the envelope you are fine on your own bike. Hell you ride on the open road without crashing right? Just because it's a track doesn't mean you'll automatically crash.
