There is a coromandel loop on tomorrow for those interested in a ride south of the Bombays. Meet BP Autobahn (Papakura) at 9.30am for a 10 am departure. Cheers. Enjoy yourselves out there.

Ride will be going for about 4 hours but you can call it short after 2 or 3 hours
    depends on what is wanted

I will keep an eye on this, Sundays are good for us, so are Saturdays and the odd afternoon when I finish work early..
If you are heading North we would meet up somewhere, maybe Wellsford if you are taking SH16?

We normally do woodcocks on the way up so Warkworth would be an easy meet around 10 or so

I am available any day for a ride as long as the weather is good

    Cheers

    Hi Yachtie10
I would like to join you on the sunday ride, May 17th. Does it matter that I'm NOT a speedster? but can go legal speeds. I definately need more riding experience to build up my confidence.

nope not acceptable. must be minimum average speed of 200km/hr+ and miniumum 120km/hr over whole ride. even on the 35km/hr corners on SH16.

Wheelies and stoppies are a must trough town centres to..

    ride speeds

The ride is not intended to be super fast but you need to be prepared to fall behind if you are not keeping up (better to fall behind than Bin)
we will stop and wait at the next intersection, or have pointers if enough riders

Do you know the roads around Welsford Mangawhai area? If not you will after a ride or 2

    Cheers

    Bladeslapper is leading next time?
which would be his first time on the ride

Havnt done 200 on my bike yet (as it would be illegal) have to wait for a track day

Just come along hobbitt, its all about the journey and the bullshit at the other end, not the speed....as a wise man once stated.
I have organised about 15 groups rides over the last few years and not one incident, ride your own ride.
