Third and hopefully final clue for those who need it. This Link Shows a map of all entrances to walking/mountain bike tracks in the Hutt valley.

2nd clue: was Cloggy needs to be looking closer to his backyard.

1st clue was: the street Generically speaking, (it could be a Avenue/Close/ Grove/ Road/ street etc) this is on also has a school.

Finally,
At the end of Lees Grove in Wainuiomata.
Street view won't show it, and from an aerial view you would not pick it (I didn't anyway).
I didn't know there was entrance to the school of Lees Grove. I knew there was a school in that vicinity but always thought it came of Hay Street. Not being a regular to those parts of the Nui didn't help either.
Initially I was looking for this tag on the other side of the park around Eastbourne.

Nup, Im sorry, But i agree with Cloggy mate... The pics is NOWHERE near the same... For a start, The water ways are different, Different colour seats, and the bin is facing the wrong way

Located. Didn't have any idea where this was but just enough clues in the pic to work it out. No time to get it tonight but if still there tomorrow after work or in the weekend it's mine.

Tagged. End of Bahrat Terrace in Broadmeadows.
The clues in the pic which led me to locating this were Wrights Hill in the back ground and the park with the green topped hills in the foreground. Didn't take long to draw a line through those points and locate this.
