I don't know whether to be surprised you only get 7000km or that you have already done it! Well I hope you guys have/had a swell bbq tonight and ride tomorrow. Ok, sensible call, sleep deprivation is terrible.
Have you tried "Cherryvite" capsules? Not only have they helped me sleep better, but they took care of a lot of aches and pains as well. You can order them online. Cheers.

Temperatures actually been ok for me, just my mind dosnt want to go to sleep, once im asleep its all good just trying to get to sleep is the hard part. Although im back at work tomorrow so that might make it easier. 2 weeks of doing nothing makes it hard to keep a pattern going( not that working shift work is much better).

Thanks for the ride today everyone and was good to meet you all, unfortunatley i had to shoot off at the wainagro turn off as needed to be home as the wife was going out and i am working tonight.
