haha they were all geared up to head out a while back then my sister decided she wanted to take the boat out. Mum was going to meet them in Tauranga but never got around to it. She does ride a fair bit when she works in Thames. She's certainly packing on the k's which is good. It's Dad that doesn't get out. Almost need to get him out a couple of weekends in a row to move him along.
I'm going for a 1-way trip to whangamata on Thursday (unsure of departing time at this stage) anyone else lucky enough to not be working to join me?
Edit: I'll be returning the following day at an unspecified time
Sounds like a few or more are heading up to Paeroa on Sunday.
Nigel is going early, jonpom late and Don maybe Saturday. A few more are looking at leaving from the Kingsgate Hotel carpark - 9.30 at the latest - if you want to join us meet up there.
Thats the plan at this stage anyway
Note - $30 entry fee and storage bags available at the Pub on the Corner for about $5 a bag (will it was 3 years ago)

Anyone got a bike trailer I could borrow from 27th Feb - 1st March?

Anyone for Raglan this Sunday? (weather pending)
Basically a big black rubbish bag you put your helmet/leathers etc in and then its sealed and stored and you are given a ticket. The pub on the corner at the southern end of the town does it. Never been on a Saturday but assume they do it then to. Just a short walk from the main car-parking area.

Only on call once a month, give or take, so I am good.
I just realised the event is only on the Sunday - that could work better, was just looking for an excuse to get out on the bike! PM or text me if you want a tag along. Otherwise I can always head out for a ride Sunday instead.
