    Wooot, a Saturday bike ride!
Im running in my new wee baby 150 still, so would be great to finnish running it in whilst going for a 'proper' ride with others. Its run in enough to sit on 100 now too, no problemo.

Now, is that departing Dairy Flat at 10.00am, or be there at 10? My girls netball finnishes on the shore at 9.30, so im going to be cutting it extremely fine to be there by 10.00.00000

I can't remember how long she has been riding, but think its measured in eons, so definately in the experienced section.

Also does google have the right place for the caltex on SH17?

No mate, its about 3 or 4 km further North, along the main road. Look for the Dairy Flat Highway - Kahikatea Road intersection. Think its the next intersection as you keep going north on the main road...cant miss it. Looks like Google is playing up...

just one wee questions, does this work for us L-Platers, after all we are restricted and so far I have not broken any laws and have not really been at any speeds....!?
I know a couple of nice side streets to get myself down town, and don't expect to much traffic on a Sunday morning, but for the ride per se, 70 km is not going to hold anyone up?
I keep the speed at a comfortable speed for everybody.
There will be enough experienced riders to ensure everyone has a blast.
These rides are designed for new/learner rider.
A few of us dont mind keeping the speed down and the group together for a few hours every 3-4 weeks.
I will talk more on the hows/whys tomorrow.

*Sniff* You didn't ask me to hug your honda on my first time... I feel all left out.

Looks likely to be a pretty good day tomorrow, will try and make it over - might need to do house stuff though.

LOL sorry when I say house, I mean spending quality time with the Woman and Boy - I had a plan that involved possibly building something in the woods... will see how much the temperature dips when I mention it...

I was pretty keen on this. Unfortunately the rear tire doesnt seem to realise what its job is. if the road is even slightly wet I almost cant lean over at all or it starts to slide out. But will hopefully attend one of these once i got my new 250. When ever that is.

Yay, we get to hug Maha

I'll see the learners at 9 at Fanshawe St (as long as I don't ). Plenty of time to get up to Dairy Flat, as it's about 30min.
