If you are in the Bay of Plenty on a sunny weekend (or any other sunny day, or any other day, that you have taken off work).. then the Okoroire is a destination that you dont want to miss. Great golf course if you are into that thing (ho bloody hum!)... but more importantly, its a bike destination on the weekends!! Great food, especially the burgers. A great ride from TGA over the kaimais and back again (esp going back up the "Kaimai GP"). Good buch of people and plenty of KB'ers there on a good day (dont forget to toot to Phil and Pana on the straight - over the road from the oko hall).
