Does he want to sell it?
Does he want to sell it?
As soon as I saw MVX, I knew you'd be in here bro.
I cant believe one still goes, putting fork oil in it, instead of trying to find a new rear slug for it is a rarity.
I thought I felt a crack in the time space continuim.

was working in sawyers workshop when these where released, to say we had a few warranty claims would be an understatement.....must definitely be a rare beast these days.

My son did say they didnt have a good reputation.....
He told me he got it up to 140k on the motorway but it put up such a smoke screen he had to button off so people could see:laugh:
exhausts dripping with oil.....needs a good looking at.

ATF/265ml (10#) or dipstick fully compressed spings out 125mm

How would you know that bro? I really am having trouble, believing one of these ran long enough to blow a fork seal, OR have the oil degrade to the point of needing a change before.
PS, if you've got one in the shop, let me know. Would make a great birthday gift for Jimmy.

I don't, but if you head up past spookes valley, there is a big cyclone fence and many seagulls circling above, I have left some up there.

Oh come on mate. They are like the Ford Edsel. A total fuck up of a vehical, making it a classic. Like post stamps with mistakes on them, they're worth more.

No worries :D
I'd say a workshop manual would be like hens teeth - though might be worth keeping an eye on EBay. At least the parts book will give you some good exploded views etc. :niceone:
