While posting, my 2 year old mop top climbs up on my knee and points to a mole on my neck.

"what's that?"

"it's a mole sweetie"

"mole?"

"yes"

"moley mole?"

"yes"

*jumps off lap and runs wildly around small flat at loudest possible volume*

"moley, moley, moley, moley, moley, moley, moley, moley, moley ....."

Kids huh....you gotta love 'em .... specially rolled up in focciacia bread with pesto :D

You have to catch that stuff on video to show them when they're older

No they're not. They're expensive and they leak.

Count the ways we love 'em eh? :yeah: Once we have them, the little critters sort of drill their way into our hearts & we forget what life without them was like. (Parents must develop an amnesia gene).

No they don't. I want my life back. One of my workmates turned up to work with vomit on his shoes yesterday. He had a great Wednesday night. I cleaned up poo. Not his I might add, one of my little treasures has the runs.

I'm glad I'm not having any.
(OK there is one that is mine, but was never with me - he'll be 17 this year and I've missed the whole growing up thing.)
Thank God for nieces... :wari:

A few days ago my 12 yr old boy pulls up his shirt and scratches himself...he's covered in spots! WTF! 'What's that?'...''oh,just flea bites'' (the cat has a shit load of fleas)....'that's more than flea bites boy, let's see your legs''...his legs are covered too,I tilt up his chin and his neck is covered in small spots too.'How you been feeling lately?'....''I'm ok,had a bit of a cold the other day'' - 'BLOODY HELL,YOU SILLY LITTLE BUGGA,you've got CHICKEN POX!'

''Yeah, whatever'' he says.Jeez, kids are no worries eh?

Depends on the age... Can't stand the ones that just lay about and cry all the time. It's when they grow out of that that they become fun. Like chasing them around the house playing tag or what not, that is fun. But when I am trying to relax and all I hear is some little baby or very young kid crying it just iritates the hell out of me.
Also when they yell for everything they say...
You know I don't think it's noisy kids I don't like but just random noise altogether.:spudwhat:

I was wondering how Mini Hooks had managed a brood of his own. Last Christmas our family went from 2 to 3. MY god did some changes occur. But man is he a lot of fun to be around. I use to be one of those people that unless the child was related to me I would find the crying irrating. Now the crying just makes me smile and pick him up. OMG, Ive become soft. :ar15: :ar15: :brick: :2thumbsup

The best part of all, lots of raspberry drinks and lollies, then leave to go home and then their parents can look after them. :D :2thumbsup

My daughter is due to have her first child today or tomorrow. I reckon its great that my ex-wife is to become a grandmother. Serves her right. :wari:

While they can be a handful, you obviously get a whole lot more out of it than can be explained. I'm so envious, I might just steal one!

Screaming rug bug shit machines the lot of em. Except mine. Mine are cool.
Any young girl of mine that screams at her brother to watch out for daddies "ballnuts" when said son jumps on him is ok by my book. In small doses. At weekends. Sometimes.
