Never said you condone it, I just think it's rediculous that you think he's smart because of that. Not a personal attack on you or anything, but how stupid is the average person these days when something like this recognises your intellegence... A smart crook is one who does some high tech ID theft, or something like that, not just thinking "hey, the cops are off doing that, I think I'll go loot a little".
