Hey all.

Well soon I may too fall victim to the recession bug and be ousted (but mostly thanks to my boss who sold out to the UK and the UK no longer seeing need for teeny tiny NZ to be apart of the 'team').

I know full well it's not the correct place to ask for any jobs going, but I reeheeeaally don't want to be out of a job and to be honest, I haven't felt challenged in a long time, so it may be a good thing.
My current job is basically transcribing, my previous job was photo retouching/reconstruction (yeah, kind of polar opposites there). Have a dip. digital media with merit, although it accounts for nothing nowdays.

I'd LOVE to work somewhere motorcycle related (as in, oh my, what a dream job, love), but I'm really open to anything right now, so long as it has room to move up in the big bad world.

So yeah, if anyone has anything out there, or could point me in the right direction I would sincerely appreciate it, you can PM me for my details and all that other jargon, etc. I apologise again for making such a thread :(

Matt / zeo

Wrong. Selling it is where the money is.

With skills in digital media, how about making up fake photos of important people in compromising positions and then blackmailing them?

Haha easily done, though most important people would feed off any publicity!
KB'ers in compromising positions on the other hand... :shifty:

Thanks for the bumps guys - I'm always smiling! But may not be if worse comes to worse and I have to sell the bike! That would kill me :(

I think a photo of Christine Rankin in a Nuns outfit would sell like hotcakes as a Christmas card.

Especially in Wellington

Bill English in the same outfit at Easter would sell even quicker.

Zeo, to get my current job, I went and registered with as many recruitment agencies that I could find in the region. Then I hounded them for anything that was going. Got a few temp things to keep the readies flowing, and then landed a couple of decent interviews. Got the current job, and haven't looked back since. Might be worth a shot....
