sorry, the question is more like...does anyone have space for a bike, going to sandpit on Saturday?

I am still sorting myself to buy a trailer:soon: but meanwhile can't control the itch to ride..

Thanks to "Boosted" for the last weekend, it was awesome in spite of my spills.

OB is the blue track on the right just before you get to the end of the 2way road. It takes you all the way up to the big dipper or you can break off halfway and do a return green track.

I've sprained my thumb playing squash, windsurfing, waterskiing, bike riding and the thing in common is I'm holding onto a handle of some description. And it's always been when I've stopped the sport for a while and getting back into it again. When your muscles aren't conditioned (for holding onto a handle) your hands tend to overgrip and you get arm pump. That's what you were complaining about yesterday right.
Let the thumb inflammation settle down for a week or two and strengthen that hand/wrist doing some rehab training on a 10lb dumbell or the like.
So what I meant before was, ride more, stay in condition and you're less likely to sprain it....once it's healed that is!!!

Problem is..its not just a simple muscle sprain mate... thats something I can handle...This is a stretched ligament, partially torn and no amount of time will heal a stretched, torn ligament... The arm pump is not a concern at all... Even just riding doesnt hurt the thumb too badly, it was the spill which had the bone sticking out of the socket which caused the pain... no amount of seat time or exercises will sort that out... its a 'deeper' issue :)

How'd you hurt it? Was it when you pulled it out your arse and actually took your bike for a ride rather than talking about it, soft cock????

So what you're saying is you need the surgeons knife for a simple dislocation? We've all had our injuries, it's all part of riding a dirt bike mate.

Like I said, if the pain doesnt get worse than this, fuck the surgery, but its a niggling injury which fucks up at every ride, carrying stuff, etc, etc...whether I should get it fixed or not is the question... its not about whether its a part of dirtbiking, or wanking dude...:)

Sounds like you need to put all the suspension clickers to factory settings, and set the sag. See Proride website (Danger) on how to set the sag for the rear, and try that.

The backfiring could be a sticking hot start, or air screw. But clean the hot start plunger first and see, and don't be a homo it's easy.
