WTB - Kawasaki ZX7R 1998 rear shock

I am looking for a good rear shock for this bike.
I think the Yamaha R1 part is close (maybe a spring change needed- but not sure of this).
A Penske looks like the best choice but new is Sooo Exx:nono:pensive.Up to $1k is ok.
Is there someone in NZ that can help me with my search?
