I've been dealing with a guy in the USA,bought a few bits an pieces off him.
Four weeks ago I made a large order from him($$$$$$$$).
He's taken the money from my Visa but the parts are yet to arrive.
I've now emailed him three times but have got no reply.
I'm starting to get PISSED RIGHT OFF but can't go round an brake his legs for obvious reasons.
So WTF do I do next.

call Visa and explain..??
don't you have a phone number for this guy? Email him from someone elses account with no relation to you or your order, see if he responds to that, then email him again asking him WTF...??

How long has it been? Sometimes things just fall through cracks. I ordered something for my bike from Aus, Via USA and after 1 month I still had nothing. I e-mailed and when he replied he apologised and it arrived a few days later. Hopefully he/she's just really busy. If it's the other scenario, that they have done a runner, contact your bank immediately, and you will be re-imbursed, under the banks insurance (as far as I know).

Oh, and visit http://www.online_hitman.com/new-order.php

I ordered some stuff of eBay recently. 3 different orders from 3 different people. 2 of the orders turned up within 10 days. The 3rd order has been over 6 weeks now. Although the money isn't that high I'm starting to get a bit pissed off. If they don't turn up on Monday I'll have to look at my (limited) options.
