Hiya, is there any suitable replacement for seat trim chrome strip on the sides of old seats?

Obviously there are heaps of people offering seat covers, but usually by now the chrome trim has been thrown away when Elma Fudd did the last seat recover. I have two T125 stingers & both are sans strip, the only ones I've seen are in Thailand Ebay & postage on a weird shaped strip would be silly. To confuse things there are two sizes of seat depending on market.

Any ideas?

I also would really like an answer to this. The trim is unobtainable secondhand and if ever a NOS one comes along on Ebay (very very very rare), it goes for an exhorbitant price .

The problem is that it has to wrap around the rear of the seat, so you can't just use a straight piece of chrome strip. And unless it is flat (which looks horrid) the bend will kink it.
