Some of the Freeview channels have a No Service banner on them. It has been like this for a few days. The other channels are there and the signal level seems fine. I did a google search for information on Freeview without finding info on the current state of the service or who to call etc.
My signal comes from Kaukau above Wellington. Anyone got the same problem or advice?

You could try reading a book, talking to the missus, waxing your bike.

We (our place is in Tauranga) had the TVNZ channels missing earlier in the week. Nothing on worth watching anyway so haven't checked again the last couple of days.
Or spending time on KB even, talking about bikes and other shit.
You actually paid for a device to allow you to watch the dribble that passes for entertainment in this country? Ask for your money back, I would

That is why I haven't subscribed to Sky TV, the freeview box on the otherhand came with our TV so didn't cost any extra.

Good for you, I actually get really friggen short with the SKYTV sellers that interrupt my life attempting to sell my their wares.
I wont buy it because I dont actually watch that much TV anyway, but if we had SKY I would simply sit and veg watching sport :o
Free view as we have a dunger old TV anyway, would cost us to buy. Same reason for not gettting into it. I dont watch TV much at all.

I have a sat card in my PC which uses my TV as a monitor. I get every Kiwi, Aussie, & Chinese Freeview channel on the Opus 1 satelitte for free.

you have a week signal for one of the "channels". I have the same thing since I had sky put in on the same antena cable.
you may have an alternate transmitter that you can align to that is stronger. I need to move mine to Haywards.
