Ironically, Fairfax, the media company that played no small part it reducing consumer confidence at the outset of the so called recession, who happen to own Trademe, would have copped a good $1.50 out of the $10 that she got for the painting. Anyway... maybe Daddy just needs to suck it up like the rest of us.
