To find other riders of the female persuasion out there in her general local area (I mean, anything within a couple of hours basically) to go riding with ....

I'm not looking for a girlfriend or anything, well I am looking for girl riding friends, but :niceone:just a chick or 5 to go for a ride with for a coffee and a cigarette .... eventually just a coffee when I manage to give up!

Unit is just over the hill from yer. Unfortunatly I can't convince my girlfriend to pilot a bike again (too many crashes in her yoof).

There is a few female riders here in Tauranga, normally get a group going for a ride on the weekends ( mainly guys but the girls as well ) maybe head over the hill to join in on some of them the Okoroire pub is a regular destination and your not to far from there.

All meet up at Drivers bar on a thursday night as well for a few drinks here in Tauranga as well good place to meet everyone if you can make it over.

I don't want to JUST ride with other females. I just don't particularly want to ride with JUST other males ...

I wouldn't be that impressed with my husband if he went out riding with a bunch of chicks only ....:hug:

there are a fair few female riders up in auckland.. I don't necessarily ride with them all, i tend to end up riding with the guys, but if your wanting to travel up for rides let me know.
Im rather busy at the moment with uni, but particularly over summer months when im free as a bird i ride A LOT, so im sure you could make it to a few of those rides!

I've had a few responses in regards to this thread ... haven't been on any rides yet, but with working at Field Days this weekend, and working ALL weekend next weekend ... it will be a little while before I get to go riding again! I think this is the longest period of time that our bike has stayed clean in the garage! Scary ... I'm getting urges though ... it's like a drug, but what is even more like a drug is the drugs.
