Yeah I have been watching him on the sly for a bit, it is good to see he is actually finishing races now, and obviously very good positions!
It is a shame that whole thing went pear shaped a bit for you shaun, cos it shows he was a good rider (when he stayed on!)

Geez, I can still see him sitting outside your pits in the sun in a deck chair - wondering where the third spare bike was parked.........
Your right though shaun - that boy wasnt afraid of the throttle.:third:

Erion Honda's Chris Peris won a wild and woolly Daytona Sport Bike Race at Road America, one that had two pace car periods and a deluge of rain. Roger Hayden and Kawasaki finished second, just ahead of points leader Martin Cardenas of M4 Suzuki.

Peris had a lead of over 20 seconds before the second caution period. Roger Hayden made a move past him on the first lap after the final restart, but was unable to keep the lead for very long as Peris took the win by 7.566 seconds.

There were numerous crashes in the event.

wow, there were numerous crashes! he wasn't one. looks like he got the consistancy thing down.
