"Biker" movie, Hellride. Avoid at all costs.

Watched this horrible flick a few days ago. Here is my review, as posted on Amazon:

"I am a biker so this movie looked attractive to me, action, bikes, chicks and all that... Silly me, I was fooled.
Too bad they make you give one star. This film sure doesn't deserve it. The only, and I mean only mildly entertaining features where Michael Madsen riding the bike with the ape hanger handlebars. He looked incredibly stupid and out of place, you would have thought the director made him use that bike, just to make him look like a moron. Well, success! The other thing that helped the movie were good looking chicks. Yes, they had some nice boobs on show, but you you are a sad person if you need this movie to see boobs. Finally the artwork with respect to the gang regalia was pretty cool. Now now... I have been pretty nice. Sorry, but the rest is pure and utter vomit inducing garbage of the highest caliber. The acting was crap and the script was rubbish. Ok, my advice is this, don't touch this film with a ten foot pole, unless seeing Madsen make a jackass of himself turns you on."

That makes me want to go out and get it just for the laughs. There are heaps like that out there; 'Wild Angels', 'Chrome and Hot Leather' and 'The Glory Stompers' to name a few. It's gotta be tongue in cheek, surely? I doubt any of the crew were anywhere near serious.

A good biker movie? Not sure, but I think the best appearance on a bike of any sort was Rocky the Rooster in 'Chicken Run'. It's more of a love story that one but Rocky? He's cool.

OK its cheesy, REALLY cheesy buuuuuuut from the opening moments I was hooked cos his stunt bike is a Buell X1!!!!!! woohoo!

The next thing that really appealed was when he whistled for his badass Harley and it started up and roared on over to him...loved that!

And when he staggered to the grave yard the next thing ya hear is the unmistakeable voice of Sam Elliot.

SAM ELLIOT!!!!!!! Only one of the sexiest men alive...

Yep all in all Ghost Rider was a bloody entertaining movie...:yes::love:

Fucken Ghost Rider almost made me puke, regardless of the Buell.

At least Torque is tongue in cheek and Biker Boys had some good stunts.

Wild Hogs-more than any movie probably helped sales of Harleys to slump,even prior to recession.Good for laugh,but ignore the bike scenes with the leads in.
