Got a room opening up this weekend, looking for a new flatmate.
Prime location on Paritai Drive Orakei, it's a medium/large sized room with basin/toilet en suite, a large walk-in wardrobe, and a joining veranda looking out over Orakei Basin.
House has 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges (1 used as a library), a dining room and large kitchen, backyard, and a bbq area. Oh, and two secure garages used for storage and bikes. Car parking is off-street.
