Hi! New to the Scene!

Hi guys,

I just bought my first bike about a month ago and have been reading this forum now and again since then - just thought I'd introduce myself to you. Im mates with MrMelon who just got his TZR250 recently and I've been wanting to get a bike for years so finally did it. I got myself a mean 1989 Honda NSR250 2 Stroke, which goes like the wind and is bloody fun to ride! I live out in Albany and do a lot of weekend rides around the Poremorema road and Coatsville and Riverhead roads, occasionally braving the cope on the motorway to taek a spin to Orewa and back. I found it really funny reading a recent post about the coatsville and riverhaed road and glad yo uguys enjoy it too!!

As I'm new to the scene I was wondering if someone out there wants to come along on some weekend rides with me around the Auckland area... maybe give me a few pointers as well seeing as I'm a newbie :P

Sweet as, hope to get to know a couple of you guys, get a couple of riding partners etc etc. I'm up in Kerikeri at the moment so haven't got pictures of my bike here but I'll post some up when I get home tomorrow.

yea i've got a couple of 30 second videos that my brother took of me on the bike too (one of me stalling at an intersection :( grrr) but they're about 3 mg... melon do you got them on your website?
