I was looking around and found this outfit from Canada selling new bikes, but it didn't state which currency (theirs or ours) it's in.
I'm sure it would be in their currency, however,it is on a New Zealand website.
Check it out.

Has anyone heard of or dealt with them by any chance?
What would be the exchange rate between us and them?

Haha, yep, definitely a scam. Did a search of MotorcyclesSportcity Ltd and all that pops up is that post on other forums and people asking if they're legit.
Wonder if anyone has been stupid enough to give them money?

Any 'business' with a potentially anonymous email address such as hotmail, yahoo or similar is immediately suspect in my book and should be treated as such.

Well,...I did see a brand new 1987 bike that hasn't been used at all for sale the other day,and i have seen 3 year old new bikes. It amazes me how people buy a bike, and never use it.
As for the scam,i need to learn more about internet/computers.

Wouldn't a "brand new" 1987 bike have corroded internals and rotten tyres and hoses?

WTF?.....I couldn't imagine owning a collection of bikes,brand new,and not using them.
At least hes clocked up over 3000km on one of them.Even if it is 36 years old.
That's about 9 kms a month ! :(
