So, in order to celebrate all our birthdays at once, we are having a bit of a do at ours :blip:


Saturday July 4th from 5pm onwards. There will be a BBQ going and some great company to enjoy. There will be some KB guests from afar to meet. No doubt Maha will have some more of his free beer in the fridge. I will make cake :yes:

Depending on how things go, I may or may not monitor the rum levels in Maha's bottle :laugh: but regardless a good time will be had by all. Hope you can join us.

We have plenty of floor space available for crashing on (all beds are booked), but if you prefer a few more creature comforts the nearest motel is only 600 mtrs away and it is all downhill from ours :sunny:

The sprocket and chain on my bike are severely fucked; the mechanic that checked it out up in Kerikeri before I went to get it failed to mention this. So it's going clackity clackity clack. I've called up Cycletreads and they can get the rear sprocket in in a couple of days.

I'm not gonna try pushing my luck so if the sprocket doesn't arrive by Saturday I can't go. ]: However, if it does arrive on Saturday and I get my baby all checked up and pristine, then I'm gonna be riding up. :niceone:

Morning all. What a truely fantastic night. I was extremely well behaved as usual :innocent: The only really worrying thing was I was not the one taking the pics, and for that I admit to a very slight apprehension as there was more than one camera in operation :eek5:

I have a very dim recollection of a certain dance sequence being filmed from 2 different angles, though the dance itself was very memorable. There is something really lovely about my favourite KB root buddy :yes:

I learned a few things too last night, tequilla shots are best done early in the night as they tend to have a knock on effect that keeps on going and going and going :Oops:

I also learned that once you reach a certain level of intoxication you tend to repeat yourself :dodge: but in my case it is actually worse as I only repeat one word :wacko:
