I will pay $10 towards the winning bid if it's someone from here.....

but not me

EDIT: It's actually nice to see a politician actually, you know, doing something.

Definitely not my choice of dinner partner, and it would take a hell of a lot more than $10 to change my mind on that

I can think of worse people to have dinner with. I imagine that Tariana would be a real hoot socially.

She'd probably just end up eating me. Not worth the risk.

Sorry she earns how much each year? Something like (but probably over) $120,000 a year plus 3 blokes on minimum wage = $75,000 (well a bit more) add in the rest of the whanau on the dole and i am pretty sure they can find $15,000 without having to resort to this bullshit. Wouldn't it be funny if the auction never made it to 3 digits.

If you did, the comedy of turtle syndrome would almost make it worthwhile. When she did get back up, you'd best be elsewhere.

I did something uncharacteristic when I was in the MED building waiting for a client meeting, and went and chatted to her while I waited (she was bugging a receptionist trying to do some work). The media do a great job (insert GIANT SARCASTIC EYEROLL) of presenting her as a snarling radical.

She's more like an Aunty who is frustrated that no one will listen to common sense. I think I said something positive about a piece of legislation she'd proposed as an opener, and it changed my perception of politicians (bit of a dick like that I am. I'd rather cherish an incorrect preconceived notion than learn something new sometimes). You forget that the policy isn't necessarily the person.

I reckon it would be a good night.

Marmoot

Selling yourself for the satisfaction of the buyer. How does it differ from prostitution exactly?

Delerium

Marmoot

Yes but do NZ want an MP that moonlights as a prostitute?

Apparently, Politics is the second oldest profession in the world. It bears some striking resemblances to the oldest.
