That's not a leak.

It's just "personality".

Looks like theres a cover that is either loose, or it needs a gasket replaced. Check if its' bolts are tight. Be careful not to overtighten.

are they expensive though? where to get them?Ask your dealer for the gasket. Probably about $30 for just the gasket, but cheaper to get the bike shop to do it for you because all the bits you need.. gasket stripper, scrapers, and the fuckup-factor if you do it yourself.

Firstly check if the bolts are loose. If they ARE loose, they will be absurdly loose, so just tweek up with the CORRECT size socket or ring-spanner.

If you really really really really want to do it yourself, post again and I and others will give tips.

Not too expensive. It'll cost you more for labour to fit it. I don't recommend you do it yourself since you don't know what a gasket is.

Sounds like the gasket to me,
Drain the oil take the cover off (be carefull not to rip said gasket) clean the surface get some gasket goo and run it round then put back together fill her up with oil and happy trails. Should not take a novice any longer than an hour and a half to do that.
let us know how you get on. :2thumbsup

Reminder not to do them up too tight. Really, if you find them loose, tweek-up one-handed only, or get to the bikeshop to retighten. It's so so easy to overtighten and eff it. No swinging on the spanner with two hands, or there will be tears.

Drain the oil...

No need to drain the oil - just being on the sidestand is enough.

That gasket will be stuck like poo to a furry blanket. Gasket stripper was required when I did it - there was no fooken way it was coming off without major muntage, but gasket stripper made it trivial. The stripper ALSO took paint off INSTANTLY (see warning on can!) Yes, instantly.. I kid you not.

What he said otherwise you will strip the bolts and then it will start getting complicated.Try get yourself a workshop ,manual off the net.You can quickly go over all the fasteners with a spanner, you maybe lucky and just have a few loose.Just nip them up using your wrist/hand( not your arm).

but 1 more question guys.. thats the 'engine oil' leaking right? like right now.. i checked to see my bike and it has no leak at all..but i think it only happens if i start the bike or maybe put it up straight from side stand.. and whats the cause if i don't fix this problem?
and i don dare to fix it cuz i don have any equipments with me.. only a spanner.. but i will go to the shop and ask though..

I replaced a clutch basket and plates on mine without draining the oil and doing it whilst on the sidestand, didnt leak a drop.It will only leak if under pressure or sitting straight up.Take renegade up on his offer, its only a few minutes of his time and you will learn something, working on your bike is part of the whole motorcycling thing (imho).

Oil and tyres don't mix. If it gets worse it could kill you.
