Thank you everyone, for your b/day wishes. I am a bit late in the day responding... LOOOONG day at work then some tasks at home. I did indeed tuck into some cake... not hard to guess what kind, starts with B and ends with anana. Choccy icing of course, as ya do.

Sadly my man was not on hand for baking duties, and I had to do it myself! He is with family in Tauranga at the moment as unfortunately his dad died on Saturday night. He was a lovely man and will be very much missed. I spent today getting some things organised at work and at home, and will put our fur babies into the cattery in the morning then will head up to Tauranga myself.

Thank you again my friends, and hope you're surviving mid-winter okay.
