I haven't used any web site editing tools for a while, and are in need of one again for use on a PC. What do you people recommend?

I don't want a tool designed for editing individual pages. I want something designed for working on whole sites. Where I can make global changes, edit CSS, check for broken links, etc.

Then I have no idea, sorry. Dreamweaver? Sure. But you might want something about two grand cheaper.
