The more weight you add the less efficient it becomes. If you ride at a steady speed, you will get great economy regardless of technology.

I don't think that Hybrid technology is ideal for motorcycles.

Designed to fail, just so it looks like they're attempting to go green with new technologies.

Not in my lifetime!

Time will come in most of our lifetimes when internal combustion of fossil fuels won't be an option on new bikes. If bikes are still legal at that stage.

Ah.... I see my problem... I'm incapable of riding economically, but my consumption already proved that.

No... but then, its not even my style of bike... I wonder if its a competitor to the Honda DN whatsit?

you may be on to something there, surely the design considerations for adding hybrid tech to a bike does not mean it has to look fuck-ugly

Which one is it? The drawing or the 3D render?
The front end on the drawing looks similar to a V-Strom, the 3D render looks like a DN-01...

Surely you don't gain economy by making a bike even bigger and heavier?

I say go for full electric or not at all. Apart from battery, full electric has every reason to replace combustion. It also means the bike won't need two motors, so less parts, less weight, less cost.
