I haven't been on my bike in a month, and probably won't ride again until it warms up considerably. So, in a particularly sad mood, I bought some paint that allows you to decorate ceramics and have been trying to paint motorbikes on my espresso cups...

This is deeply sad, but I have been chastised for not contributing on kb lately, and I thought this is a pretty good excuse!

Has anyone else sunk to such lows? I sincerely hope not.

Yes, I need to both htfu, AND contribute to kb. I can't leave it to everyone else to post...

Does sinking to new lows count working hard to buy heated grips and thermals? :P

if not, you could do that and not have to worry

For me filling in time by reading and responding to boring posts can be a laugh. Washed the bike this morning from two weeks ago, went out in the rain and got it covered in shit, nearly got blown off (Manawatu) but it was fun. Now to get my embroidery out.

This winter is the least amount of riding I/we have ever done!

Can't blame the weather either, it's not been as bad as other years. (IMHO)

There just doesn't seem to be the same incentive/reason etc to go for a ride. (never needed a reason before, just went)

"We" always seem to have some other urgent bloody detail to attend to, buggered if I know why!

I'm afraid I might be going soft or something, maybe I need a dose of HTFU too!

Got caught in some torrential rain yesterday, soaked right through, boots full of water, Jeans saturated. Only had a t-shirt on under the jacket, Fuck was I cold.

Had a great time, There were quite a few other bikes out on the road, I even waved back to a couple of them, Though one I think was just trying to itch.

Well it is snowing outside my window at the moment. There is about 8cm on the ground already. My Gsxr can just stay in the garage a bit longer!

Heated grips and thermals don't help me deal with the fear of hitting ice on the roads.

I won't blame you if it's snowing lol.

I only just got my bike/learners so if I want to learn to ride I have no choice but to ride in the rain. ]:

Now I want to paint motorbikes on random shit
