Watching the world superbikes/supersport last night. It looks to be a really tight series. What Im wondering is what are the setup rules for those guys?
I know control tyres and the 675 trumbie is allowed against the 600 jappas but I know sod all else. The bikes LOOK like proddy bikes but looks are decieving.

Not sure what you're trying to say but World Supersport is certainly nothing like NZ's effectively, Superstock 600 rules..
World Supersport and British Supersport plus most of the UK club 600 series run to FIM Supersport regs. This means ported heads, full kits parts including gearbox sets, quickshift (ignition interupt),etc etc. Add in electronics such as Motec and that adds up to 140-145BHP+ at the rear tyre as opposed to more like 115-118BHP here for bikes like the R6.
Unfortunatey the rules also mean the build costs of a full on 600 are at least double what a full NZ 600 costs.:gob:
