Think I might have stumbled over that fine line between subtle and tacky, but what the hell!
Never really kept my bikes standard for too long, this is some of the latest shit I've ended up with. I blame ebay......
1) Carbon Iridium flush mounted indicators
2) Other indicator, note the CBR logo grips, the red dial for adjusting the brake, the red bar end, and the red anodised carbon brake reservoir cap
3) Carbon look tank pad and the carbon fuel cap surround
4) Carbon muffler and the HRC Honda Racing rim sticker :msn-wink:
5) Zero Gravity double bubble black screen, another view of the red bits, note how it matches the rear pegs :shifty:
6) HRC rim sticker for the front

I want to get a Aftermarket pipe, custom header pipes, anodised frame, anodised everything else that can be anodised, the stuff that can't be anodised-powder coat it, fibreglass or carbon fibre fairings, nitrous oxide injection system, fuel injection, 20" chrome spinners, big bore exhaust, blow off valve, tinted windows, carbon fibre and magnesium rims, set of GPR-70s, pillion passenger, gull wing doors, hands free kit, sunroof, LEDs or neon’s to light up engine bay and other miscellaneous places, high speed ADSL modem, homogenizer, streamers, baseball card in spokes, air horn, roof mounted Dillon mini gun, leopard skin seats, Renthal bars and triple clamps, ram air intakes, MX style handgrips, carbon fibre everything, KX500 motor bored out to 750+, 8 ball gear shift knob, intercooler, hydraulics, and a pair of fluffy dice
What I have done is taken off the left and right fairings, taken off those stupid fake ram air intakes, about to get braided brake lines, put nylon blocks under the foot pegs, given it a few cracks in the fairing and probably done some major damage to the gearbox with the amount of times I’ve found false neutral.

Do you realise how expensive the pillions are to run!?
How about a nice carbon-fibre seat cowl instead!? ;)

I have after-market brake and clutch levers, and frame sliders. The most sensible mod to fit next would be a carbon front mudguard extender which looks good and works, but next I will probably replace the horn.
I would like carbon mufflers and if that didn't actually make the money run out, a Power Commander. Then maybe ss brake lines followed by better mirrors.
A belly pan might be nice and would give me somewhere to put all the stickers from the suppliers of the above-noted bits... <g>
I saw on a website yesterday that you can now buy illuminated frame sliders in a range of colours to match your bike. They should be good for at least an extra 10kph :-)

Put a Hamicad Fender Eliminator on , to get rid of the snow shovel number plate /rear mudguard. Good stuff from Hamicad, fitted perfect no dramas. Next is rear seat cowel.

Started with the indicators. The standard ones were so bloody big I was having trouble lane splitting without scratching the cars as I went by. Replaced them with a little pair of little arrowhead shaped jobs. Oxford brand I think.
Then off came the rear guard.Had a mate make up a bracket to hang all the important stuff off.
Got a set of Motovation frame sliders closely followed by some Pazzo levers ( which are awesome)
Topped off with a set of Titanium Muzzy slip-ons
Oh yeah... tossed those bright red crankcase cover thingy's and bolted on a pair of carbon fibre replacements.
Would love to tell you what other shit I've got planned but the wife might be looking....

Nice job Krusti. Makes a world of difference once you trash that bloody aweful guard doesn't it?
How do you find the scottoiler. Does it mess up the rim much? Been tossing up with the idea of one.

Was on bike when I got it. Still trying to get flow right but looks like oil is getting on it.
If it drips too fast does make a bit of a mess, otherwise once set right I like it.

Apart from fitting a cigarette lighter socket (for accessories), and cutting my zorst restrictor in half, I don't think I've done anything to my bike since I bought it. Doesn't need anything else.
However, I might fit a new (louder) horn, have the seat modified by Cajun's father-in-law, change the airfilter to a Uni when it's dirty, fit the smaller front sprocket that's languishing in the cupboard, and might strip'n'polish the rims when they're badly scratched/chipped, like I did to the 750. I think it cost me a half-day's labour, and about $20.
