Yamaha RX125 motor in an (unknown) Kawasaki frame, runs on premix.

Has good tyres and brakes. Was running perfectly fine until the rivets holding the flywheel on sheared.

Has Boyesen Power Reeds and a good expansion chamber. I recently purchased a performance MX silencer but it has not been fitted yet. Currently has wide bars on top clamp, but also has provision for clipons. I'm 6ft 2 and fit on the bike no problems. I paid $400 for it in running condition.

I'm asking $300 as is, needing the flywheel sorted out. Once that's done it's good to go racing.

I have spare rims and forks, but all need tidying up before being used. Pics up tomorrow.

I know Garath has made some changes so it does look a little different. The bike dispite its looks goes bloody well. I converted it from points to CDI ignition (points were stuffed), was running off the magneto so no battery to worry about going flat in the middle of the race.

I mite still thief a ride from time to time, if they don't cannibalize it for a sidecar repower!

Hey, we are interested in the engine, chamber and wheels if you are going to separate, if not, everything but the frame if you can crate the pieces. Thanks

Hi,

I'm interested in converting my RX125 from points to CDI. You wouldn't have
details of the parts needed and any instructions to hand would you?
Any info aprreciated.
Cheers

Hi all, I know this is an old thread but am just writing in to say that I've just picked this bike up yesterday. She now resides in Dunedin and I can't wait to get it out on the go-kart track. I'm toying with the idea of giving it a tidy up but don't want to go over board as it is after all only a bucket haha.

No such thing anymore. Tidy it up and get it ready for BOB!
