The meeting with Slipstream and NC30_chick etc etc is at The Bird Cage at 12pm (noon). Opposite the Victoria Park Market.

The Bird Cage has booze and also does meals.

So lets see how many of us can turn out to meet Slipstream and NC30_chick.

I understand that some of you will be in cages and therefore looking for parks...we can wait :drinknsin Also that some of you are maybe not old enough to be in a bar, that's OK too as I think by the sound of it you will be able to sit in this one. Those of you that can only pop in, that's real cool of you to do that for us :2thumbsup It'll be good to see you even if only for a short time.

Those attending by the time I left for my afternoon nap were Slipstream, Crashe, Mad Duck, Vagabond, Two Smoker, Alucard Draken, SpankMe, SPMan. Noticeably absent was NC30_Chick - did she make it in the end?

No, NC30_chick didnt show up at all......lol.
She is out there in Auckland somewhere...lol.

It was really great to finally get to meet Slipstream, Vagabond and Alucard Draken at long last. :banana: :banana: :banana: :niceone:

A few of us headed over to Kwakakids to visit him..... and it was nice to finally meet him as well... and the pooch....
TS did manage to find a pushbike.... and yep those wheelies were practised again.....lol.

Great to also catch up and chat with MadDuck, SpankMe and SPman again.

Great to see Slipstream again and it was good to meet a couple of faces I havent met before and I have to confess to the cage as the weather up here was very dodgy. May go for a blat tomorrow.

PS: Next time we should find out if the place we intend to ascend upon is actually OPEN
