Thats exactly the same attutude i had when i bought his pipe. Its fine as long as you keep the revs under 6k, that will give you a top speed of about 70kph or something
Onsold it to some schmuck about 3 weeks after i bought it. Pity you missed out :msn-wink:

To be honest, I rarely go past 6000, just cause I don't want to ring out the engine, at least untill I take it to Manfeild again :devil2:

Yoshi pipes are farken expensive, im getting one for my 600 soon, and its costing $900 just for the can!!!
AS for not revving your bike, you should let her warm up first, then once she is warm, take it to at least 80% of the rev range (15 or so thousand on your bike...) This makes sure that everything is running well, and keeps the engine running well... stops excessive carbon build up (that last one is probably bollocks, but try it with the cops hehehe)...

How long should it take untill it has warmed up, roughly. I'm never too sure about this

havnt you got a temp gauge??? A few minutes... I usually warm my bikes up for a few mins before i start riding, then take it easy for a couple of mins, then give it death...

I was so used to dirt bikes and warming them up, I forgot about the temp gauge
I still bend over searching for the choke on the carbs, only to remember the choke is on the dashboard
