I have both ear lobes pierced and I have a labret piercing. I'm happy with that for now.

I'd say, if it makes you happy, and you can handle living with such a piercing then do it. You only live once, might as well have fun and do something a little out of the ordinary.

Got my ear done because youngest daughter dared me too,but she had to get her ears done(she was 12).And after having chemo for 6 months thought wtf only another needle.

Mate has the opposite of prince albert goes east -west and a small bolt,yes you see strange things after a game in the showers lol.

Silly thing is my older daughter wants to get her tongue done,but her nana said no,I said do it if ya want to,you don't need permission from parents.

I think piercings/tattoos etc are becoming more widely accepted and aren't such a 'class' thing....class is bullshit anyway!

One of my surgical registrars had a massive tattoo on his upper arm that you could see poking out his scrubs....you dont get more 'upper class' than surgeons!

If you're talking 'X' rated...a GF of mine in Aus had her *cough* pierced...um, and it was dangly (The Piercing - stay with me! LOL!)

And she had no problems, except sometimes getting it..stuck! :blink:

Rightly or wrongly, people's perceptions are often linked to how you look. Luckily for this guy a bauble in his todger isn't going to carry those consequences :laugh:

Funny story, a friend who had a piercing shop, pierced his own! (Can you imagine it!!?)

Went down the pub, and asked a few people if they wanted to take a look.
Um didn't look good (fresh) and after his beer, he flaked LOL!

But he always said 'the prince albert' was working well when anyone ever asked!

Couldn't advise you either way as I don't know anything else!!

You don't believe in class difference, that's cool. However, just like, albeit anti-parallel to, religion your beliefs doesn't have the slightest impact upon reality. NZ has significant class differences - whether you choose to believe in it or not.

I still enjoy the fact that no one treats me differently whether they know that I am doing my doctorate or not. And I sure hope that's not going to change - after all it's just another TLA to add to the CV.

No, but I must admit I find it easier to handle people who brag or wank on about real achievements instead of talking themselves up on doubtful bullshit stories which no one can verify.
I'd rather spend time with a smart arse than a dumb arse - provided I have to make a choice. (I don't, I do not crave company just for the sake of it and am quite happy to ignore people if they annoy me...)

I have my nose and tongue done, plus three in each ear as well as the start of a tattoo project on my shoulder blade. I've considered the X rated ones, but the fear of it going wrong has been enough to put me off so far.. well, that and the healing time..

I have a quite bit of experience with Surgeons socially. Co-pilot was in that field as a Services Manager.

Like any group - I found there were smart, intelligent, observant, witty and urbane, delightful folk amongst them. And some dead set cocks.

Got two in my tongue, was going for 5, but the fucker got the first two too close and slightly wonky (and Mum said I had to wait till I was 18 before I could get more :weep:). Lost faith, but they're still in, I love fiddling with them.

1 in left tragus
4 in lower left lobe
1 left forward helix
3 in lower right lobe
2 in upper right lobe

Had 1 in top of belly button, 1 in each side, and 1 in lower belly button so it forms a cross. But had to take it out as the belly is currently expanding at an incredible rate.

Also had my sternum pierced. Will get them done again and add to my list once I've popped the sprog.

Don't think I'd get anywhere "x-rated" done though. Far to much of a wuss.

1 in my eyebrow

2 fairly large tattoos on my back
1 smallish tattoo on my forearm and
ive just started a sleeve from my shoulder

Anus piercing sounds much better than spleen. Though whiping could be a pain in the ass for a while.
