Is this working for anyone?
I can never seem to get through their password system.

Then if I ask for my password confirmation to be sent to my email - they ask for three 'challenge question' answers, but don't even ask any questions!
:slap:

guess I'll have to post it in

It could be because you're typing it in blue, and they can't be arsed reading it......

Ring up. They'll reset your password and you'll be done in a couple of minutes like I was. Too easy.

I had trouble too - my login/password was not accepted. Sent an email to admin@mnz.co.nz and got it sorted after they reset my password. Got prompt reply back from my email so suggest anyone else who has similar problem do that too rather than resort to snail mail.

guess I'll have to post it inmost sites will not allow you to sign on if you have you security settings turned up to high also you will need to allow cookies this is so they can authenticate your login and password on their system

Worked for me just fine until I got to the part where they said my license was being held until I sent in the medical clearance form, but I don't think the doctor will sign it.

No, not strange at all as I always seem to have bad luck! Anyway I sent the form off today via mail...

If your log book hasn't been fully used then you wont need a new 1 of those until you have used it all up Steve. As long as you have your new mnz licence card and put it in the front pocket of your log book thats all you need to continue racing. Apply for another log book when you have only got a couple of pages left unused in it making sure you give yourself plenty of time to receive it in the post.

I've been wondering if others have had problems. I used my password o.k. and filled out licence form then clicked submit... It said I needed my Doc. to fill out a med. cert. before I could go any further but that if I clicked a button I could go back and re-check the medical info to check that I'd done it right. Unfortuantly ,when I clicked the button a message came up saying I wasn't allowed to view this info(possibly to stop changing info after the fact).
The odd thing is I'd mentioned I had food allergies that do not seem to require medical clearance. I sent an e-mail asking for clarification but 2 weeks later have not recieved an answer.
Gave up for time being and might do it later by mail.
