People are telling me the movie "hangover" is the funnyist one ever.
Anyone confirm this??
any reviews forthcoming if it is the laugh of the century.

Blazing Saddles - Best comedy ever made!
And for the 'older' ones of us on here - It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.
Every slapstick joke you could possibly think of crammed into a movie. And full of the major stars of the time. And not one 'blue' word uttered.

I haven't seen The Hangover yet, but want to as soon as it comes out on DVD.
Idiot Box; The 40 Year Old Virgin; Little Miss Sunshine; In Bruges.... just some of the movies I found myself rolling about laughing at.

The Hangover is good. But not as good as "Super Troopers".
Fact.

Saw it last week,
It's funny enough but the other 'Funniest Films' in this thread would wipe the floor with it, a la all the Monty Python, Blazing Saddles etc.
I did like the Vegas line only because I had one hooer of a weekend there myself, but the film is not really 'rolling round the isles' type deal
If you want ridiculous comedy, try Platoon......or anything by Tom Hanks such as Philidelphia, Cast Away and that stupid code one...now they are funny....

I love Hercules Returns - as found on a movie review site: "The plot is simple to the point of idiocy. A executive in a big filmmaking company refuses to bow to the boss and quits. He tries to start his own cinema and builds up a huge opening night to show a screening of Hercules. Unbeknownst to him though, his bastard ex-boss has set him up with an Italian version of the film and he and his friends have to completely ad-lib the lines sound effects and even the storyline of the movie. It's brilliant."
Features characters called Labia and Testiculi - and it's so funny!

For me, Cat Ballou ranks right up there - Lee Marvin as Kid Shilleen, the alcoholic gunman, was a hoot...must watch it again to see if it's still funny.

You've got to be kidding right? Unless someone was tickling you throughout the entire movie then there is no excuse for laughing at any scene in that movie.

What about SkidMark's epic "I can split at 100kph"? Haven't seen it and I'm not sure if the footage ever made it off Desperate Dan's expired video cam... but I reckon it'd take a lot of beating.

I reckon it has to be these movies, they made my cry with laughter. You see I grew up loving Scooby Doo the Cartoons, and me and my best mate in the UK went to watch the movies, and literally howled with laughter, especially when he was dressed as Grandma on the plane....................Would love to find a man like scooby doo, just a bit braver.......;)

Even though it lost it's way a bit, 'Porky's' made me laugh harder than I've ever laughed at a movie. The scene where the fella stuck his dick through the changing room wall and the aftermath of that in the principal's office. I literally could not catch my breath I was laughing so hard and the tears were streaming down my face.
'The Life of Brian' had some good moments throughout too. Particularly...

I'm going for the lesser known brother and toting The Meaning of Life... technically you could class it as a group of sketches, but you'd be wrong... Full of priceless gems, but my what has to be my favourite piece of comedic cinema has to be the following:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTMlZSKEu-Y
and
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUspLVStPbk&feature=related
Failing that i'll plump for Uncle Buck... gotta be one of the best family comedy's ever... and John Candy was, hmmmmm what word to use... sublime fits i guess... classic...
