WOF until 7/7/09
REGO on hold
New tyres approx 1,000km’s ago
New spark plug, battery and coolant
Gear box oil done approx 1,500km’s ago

The F model differs from the standard wire wheel KR150, in that it has a steering damper as standard fitment along with a PBK expansion chamber and alloy wheels.
I've fitted an Arrow muffler and the pillion foot peg holders have been removed, but the side cover locks have been retained.
It has minor damage to the LH fairing, a small hole in the seat cover and a small hole in the headlight lens. The lens has been covered with a thick clear film (after it got broke)!
Bike is mechanically sound and hasn’t missed a beat since I brought it 6,000km’s ago.
It has been raced previously in street stocks by the last owner. I've had it on the track and it is good for a laugh (but I prefer my 6)!
Bike comes with some spares so would be perfect if you were wishing to go street stock racing.
Or if you wanted a fun, cheap commuter, that’s a little different from your average 250!

Unfortunately the shed is full so this one has to go!
If you want more pic's or need more info drop me a line.

how would rate this as far as reliability goes?

It's been realiable as for me.
It's only conked out once and that was due to dirty fuel more than anything else. I've used it to commute 50k's a day to work on and I've never left home without once when I went to use it!
It is a little higher stressed than a 4 stoke 250. But as long as you maintain it and service it it's still got plenty of life in it.
Main thing is keep the fuel fresh, the oil topped with a good semui synthetic 2stroke oil, change the plug regualry and it'll be sweet.

I owned the exact same model. Bought it when it was 4 years old and had done 25,000 k's on it. I owned it for another 1.5 years and put another 35-40,000 k's on it. Didnt change anything but the sparkplug during that time and she was still going when I sold it at over 65,000k's without a rebuild. It may have had the rings changed once on it... Dont be fooled though, every 2 smoker has a mind of its own. I would highly rate this bike and its a great price too!

They also crash very well!!!
