They look pretty alright. Cheap as chips... but when I went to try them on, I found they were too narrow for my wide-ass feet. Have you tried some on?

Actually brought some today from Waikato Yamaha, $150 brand new, will have to try them on tomorrow and if they don't fit I can return them no worries they said :)
I was going to go for the 1tonne boots but I thought at that price the Chicane's were a better choice.

So how are you finding them? I'm after some new boots to. They looked quite nice but I had quality issues with my Tecknic gloves(they tore on the sides from just day to day use-no bins).

i found the big screw on the side holing on the toe slide dug into my foot, so took it out flipped the recessed washer over and put it back, problem solved.
if you have skinny legs like mine your calf will flop around a bit, not a prob if you tuck your leather in tho.
Oh and pretty good in the rain and cold too

The screw in the side digs into my foot, so I took your advice and yes it does solve the problem!
I have very very skinny legs, and yes my calf flops around ALOT! Might pad it out with some foam to make it more comfortable, removable like with valcro strips. Or I could get a foam thing for my leg, like a round thick tube and put that there. Coudl work quite well.
I think they are OK build - nothing amazing but I don't think I could have gotten better for $150.
Big ups to the guys at Waikato Yamaha for the great deal and good service. Thanks guys.

These boots are very comfortable when I don't have the toe sliders on.... are these boots safe enough without them? Will they stretch?
Cheers
